PRE supports Febelauto during the 2014 Motor Show in Brussels

Febelauto, the Belgian organisation for the recovery of ELV, exhibits at the Brussels Motor Show 2014 from 16 to 26 of January. The initiative is a part of the Plastimobile project and was financially supported by the Plastics Recyclers Europe as well as several car manufacturers.

At their booth, Febelauto will be making a demonstration of recycling of automotive plastics. This plastics waste is recycled into a small waste container manufactured from recycled polypropylene. The lid of the container is produced directly at the booth on a BOY injection press. Both the container and the lid are made from PP recyclate from Galloo Recycling and additives from Clariant.

The plastics recycling will be demonstrated by  Federplast.be, WVOK, BOY and 3 plastics technology schools.

You can visit the Febelauto exhibition booth at Palace 4, Cleaner Mobillity Corner.
